Love the variety on clothing available, only problem here is that I waited 2hrs on the check out line cause Burlingtin decided NOT TO HIRE more ppl cause they claim they can not afford to even though they make trillions of dollars with everything they sell here. Waiting 2 hrs to pay is not what I want to do when I go shopping.

A big variety of clothes. Has a bathroom kept clean. Line to pay is long wait, but that is with all cashiers opened. Good amount of customers

Excellent and marvelous clothes, sweaters, vest, coats and long coats, etc. Excellent and outstanding shoes, boots, athletic shoes, sketchers... from different designers and very good brands. Outstanding household items in general. Cheap prices.

I want to take a moment to recognize Michelle at Burlington Coat Factory for providing truly exceptional customer service. She assisted my elderly mother with finding a new coat, and her patience, kindness, and professionalism were beyond impressive. Even though she was clearly busy, Michelle took her time, treated my mother with genuine care and respect, and made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. My mother was absolutely thrilled with her new coat and left the store so happy that she now prefers this Burlington location over all others. Michelle is amazing at her job, and her warmth and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond , you made a real difference for my mom and for us.

I had a great experience shopping at this new location. Things were organized and clean. There was a Latina employee that was very friendly and attentive by the handbag selection. I like the system they have in place to get the handbags in an orderly way. I liked the service I received by Kyna at the cash register. She was attentive and patient. The security guards were friendly as well. It seems like a great organized location.

Great centralized location amongst DSW and Marshalls in Rego Center 2. Huge store bustling once it opened this weekend and everything you want for all the eye to see. Come early, come often…
